Building, learning,
pushing limits.

Hey, I'm Joshua 👋

I'm a student and creator from Scotland who turns ideas into real things — websites, scripts, physical builds, whatever it takes.

I'm into web development, hardware, design, and anything that sits at the edge of tech and creativity. I like figuring out how things work, and I like it even more when I can build something with what I've learned.

When I'm not working on something, I'm probably testing new tech, helping a mate fix their laptop, or pulling apart a project that isn't quite right yet.

I'm 16, I've been building things since I was about 11, and I'm just getting started.

Social Enterprise Academy

Pitched Joshy Washy in a Dragons' Den-style competition and came runner-up — at 11 years old.

Saltire Awards

Awarded by the Scottish Government for over 20 hours of community volunteering, earning the Challenge Award along the way.

TechFest Blueprint Challenge

Entered the 'A Future High Street' design competition as part of the TechFest Blueprint Challenge.

4 years of service.

I've been in the Army Cadet Force for four years, and for the last two I've held the rank of Lance Corporal at 3-Star level. It's genuinely shaped how I carry myself — the leadership, the discipline, the teamwork. Nothing else has taught me those things the same way.

I've completed the Junior Cadet Instructor Cadre (JCIC) course, hold First Aid and Skill-at-Arms quals at 3-Star level, and I'm currently working through my Duke of Edinburgh Bronze.

  • Completed JCIC leadership course
  • First Aid (3-Star) & Skill-at-Arms (3-Star)
  • Duke of Edinburgh Bronze — in progress
  • Regular adventure training, camps & field exercises
  • Selected for Remembrance Day parades & church services
